FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Quick answers about DTF transfers, gang sheets, artwork, custom apparel, pickup and shipping.

What is a DTF transfer?

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. The design is printed onto transfer film and then applied to compatible garments using a heat press.

What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet allows multiple designs to be arranged on one larger sheet so you can maximize your print space and order several transfers together.

What file type should I upload?

High-resolution PNG artwork with a transparent background is preferred for most DTF orders.

Can you fix low-quality artwork?

Minor artwork assistance may be possible. Extensive redesign, background removal, recreation or vector work may require an additional design fee.

Do you make custom shirts and hoodies?

Yes. Custom apparel options may include T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and other garments, depending on availability.

Can I add names, numbers or sleeve designs?

Yes. Many custom apparel orders can include names, numbers, pocket logos, sleeve prints, front designs, back designs or multiple print locations.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available in the Nashville area by arrangement when offered during checkout or confirmed with Nash Print Studio.

Do you ship?

Yes. Many DTF, gang sheet, apparel and custom product orders can be shipped within the United States.

How fast will my order be ready?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, artwork and current workload. Check the Turnaround & Shipping page for current guidance.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush service may be available for certain products and may include an additional charge. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.

Do custom items qualify for returns?

Because custom products are produced specifically for the customer, returns may be limited. If Nash Print Studio made a production error or your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly.
